Don't worry I won't rant on here, there are a few simple guidelines


1 Personalised items cannot be returned or a refund given as they are specific to you and I will not be able to re sell them.

2 If you find that in the unlikely event you do not like the sign I will be willing to refund you for the sale of the sign less p&p providing that you return (at cost to you) the item and it has not been damaged.

3 Please remember to give yourself plenty of time to order your signs I cannot be held resposible for signs that arrive late if you order them too close to the time of the wedding, remember postal services are not that reliable.

4 Please note photographs of the signs do show a slight difference in colour due to the process of converting the image, this is pointed out on each listing.

5 Please make sure you give me correct spelling for names, I generaly copy and paste from your text.
